Build a Burger
We start with ½ pound of fresh ground Angus chuck, grilled to perfection, then steamed in beer to seal in the flavor and juices. Recognized as the best burger in Northern New Mexico. Choose from American, Swiss, or bleu cheese (you can also add green chile, mushrooms, and grilled onions). Served with lettuce, tomato, and onion on the side. This is everything a burger should be!
